Strategic Planning

Includes a holistic review of your organization’s products, services, culture, processes, policies and systems
Vision and Strategy
Includes a comprehensive vision, strategy, and learning agenda for the organization with actionable steps for implementation.

Retreat Facilitation
We offer offsite and retreat facilitation services for Board, leadership, and functional teams. We apply a DEIB lens to our facilitation and help teams to:
- Clarify vision, strategic direction, and priorities
- Review and reflect on progress made and lessons learned
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and team structure
- Navigate board and senior leadership transitions
- Establish and deepen relationships, create belonging and trust, and identify opportunities for collaboration and support
- Generate energy and excitement for the team and the work
DEIB Workshops
We offer a suite of diversity, equity, inclusive, & belonging (DEIB) workshops to support the development of your team members. Each workshop can be tailored to a 60-minute or 90-minute session according to your needs.
Building an Anti-Racist Organization
This workshop takes a deep dive into understanding race, racism and anti-Black racism in the US context. We will define what it means to be anti-racist and ways to help build an anti-racist organization.
Designing for Equity and Belonging
We discuss the creative power that is sparked when equity and inclusion are centered in all design processes. Participants will have an opportunity to learn and practice a new design approach using a real world challenge.
Designing an Inclusive Hiring Process
Participants will learn how to design a hiring process with clear competencies and metrics for your hiring team.
Selecting and Closing Candidates Equitably
We discuss a number of strategies and tools to minimize bias in your selection process. We also cover strategies for closing diverse candidates that promote a sense of belonging.
Power, Privilege and Allyship
We will identify ways our power and privilege impact how we show up and explore strategies to become better allies.
